ARTE REGAL IMPORT, S.L. was founded in 1997 with the aim of creating a home, with decorative products, utensils and space solutions with a personal touch. In our more than 20 years of experience in the sector, our top priority has been to meet our customers’ expectations by applying and improving our logistic capacity and investing in the search for innovative products and new trends. Thanks to our purchasing centres in Asia and Europe, we guarantee a rigorous quality control at source that ensures products that meet our customers’ expectations.
In our quality policy from ARTE REGAL we assume and commit ourselves to develop, implement and keep updated a quality management system based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. We will also establish the following principles and premises:

To appear in the General Sanitary Register of Food and Food Companies of the Regional Ministry of Health of the GVA with the registration number: 39.005023/V.
Use as far as possible of new technologies and equipment to tackle new design, storage and logistics projects.
Maintaining permanent communication with clients and interested parties in order to involve them in the improvement of our products and in general involving interested parties.
To be registered in the RII-AEE (Registry of Electrical and Electronic Equipment), under registration number 7781.
To be adhered to the Ecoembes SIG under number 22379.
The management authorises the quality manager to be the person responsible for the implementation and verification of compliance with the quality management system, for which he/she is given the necessary authority and independence within the company’s organisation.
Arte Regal assumes the commitment to continue improving the quality management system through successive revisions in the processes and involving the interested parties.
