How can I register to become a customer?

To access our complete catalogue with prices, just fill in the following form: I want to become a customer. Remember that the minimum order is 300 € + VAT.

If I don't remember my password, how can I access my profile?

You can recover your password by clicking on ‘Forgot your password’. The system will guide you to create a new one.

How can I track my orders?

Check the status of your order in your profile on the website: My documents > Orders placed, and check the ‘Status’ column. For more information, write to [email protected].

Do your products comply with European standards?

Yes, all our products comply with current European regulations. Our Quality Department keeps up to date with regulations and collaborates with technological centres to guarantee safety and conformity.

Can I consult certificates or technical components?

Yes, our Quality team is available to answer questions within 24/48 hours. Please write to [email protected].

Can I visit your exhibitions?

Yes, you can visit us in Valencia, Porto and Naples. All you need to do is give us prior notice by phone (+34 96 152 14 48) or email to [email protected].

If I want photos of old products, how can I access them?

Contact the photography team at [email protected] and they will send you the images you need.

How can I download images of brands?

From your profile, in My documents > Orders placed > Download, select the option ‘Images’.

If I have an incident, who can I contact?
